Marvin has experience advising high-tech companies, and has worked closely with management of corporations in devising and executing strategies for emerging technologies, business development, analyzing corporate legal issues, and finding and implementing solutions to business and legal problems.

Marvin serves as an appointed member of the Private Court, and an Arbitrator/Mediator at ADR Chambers Inc., an internationally renowned professional and private dispute resolution services provider in Toronto. Marvin was a Director of the ADR Institute of Ontario Inc., and Chair of its Intellectual Property and Technology Section.
